Good product, sturdy and well made. But quite large and bulky. Easy to assemble. Safe and secure. Paid for 24hr delivery service but didn't receive product for 3 days. Asked Tippitoes for a refund of special delivery rate, but never heard a reply from company, which was disappointing. (Posted on 19/03/2012)Quality
